Problem with radio link from Sensor Suite
Still experiencing problems with the downlink. The change of channel didn't help, it seems that the radio signal is weak and there is an interfering 868MHz signal in the neighbourhood which is disrupting the synchronisation. Further work needed to establish a better radio path.
Whilst switching consoles, another rain spike has appeared. To confirm, no rainfall today. Data to be corrected.

Blocked/faulty rain gauge
A large storm, commencing 21st September, showed that the rain gauge is not indicating. This previously happened on the 10th September and cleared itself, resulting in a large rainfall rate being recorded briefly. The fault will be investigated when this period of rain ends. Unfortunately a significant rainfall amount has been missed.
Update 24/09/24: Snail(!) removed from rain collector. I mean, 30ft up in the air, getting through all the guards; how do they do that? Mast head battery replaced.

Power glitch causing Cumulus to stop reporting to the website
Simulltaneously, the router disengaged/powered down and NN14System.ini file were corrupted, causing NN4System.exe to enter an endless loop. This took all of the PC power and resulted in long delays on the website communications, causing timeout errors. Reporting services were lost but all data is intact.

After clearing the barometer issue, it was noticed that the website was not responding to data transfers. Further investigation revealed that the website system was not working. A ticket has been raised but normal function was restored at 19:15 on the 18th. Data was continuously collected from the station during the problem with connectivity, so no data has been lost.
